Throughout Scripture we see that God is always at work in the world, accomplishing his purposes in spite of human sin and failure. Our lives are shaped by how we respond to God - whether we trust him and obey him, or resist and ignore him. 

This series through the book of 1 Samuel explores who God is and how he works, and looks closely at how people respond to him – both faith and failure – so we can learn to follow, trust, and obey him in our own lives.
